rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.

not getting any tags today so i'm going back and reading my own threads

it's actually kind of fun

i literally never read old threads. never in my life. if i do it's because someone mentioned something in them and linked me and even then i just kind of skim like i don't want to read it. is that weird?

I'll reread my last tag to a thread if I need a refresher but generally not anything older than that. It's like I'm almost kind of uncomfortable looking at my writing and noticing all the mistakes I couldn't see at the time.

recently i got into an incredibly excellent thread with a meme rando castmate on bakerstreet and i feel like it's some of the best writing i've done in a long-ass time

i don't usually reread my own threads unless im a bit late getting to a tag and i gotta refresh myself on the convo, but i've been rereading this one a lot and i'm still super happy with it

feels like my rp has improved. feels good.

man i love re-reading old threads. i think i've even gotten over the embarrassment from the ones 7+ years ago. dgmw, they're still cringy and embarrassing but it's also wild to see how far i've come and to think about all the plots i've done, the events i've put characters through and the cr i've had over the years.

i really miss having the time/energy i used to have so sometimes i like to just live vicariously in old threads, or sometimes it gives me a weird confidence boost when i'm stuck on a tag

I reread old threads regularly, especially PSLs.
