My life is 90% boring and 10% complete chaos, which would be fine for being in a game if I ever knew when the chaos was going to break out. As it is, though, I end up getting busy for a couple months in a row and having to drop every time.

Thanks nonnie, I hope you can find something and play to your heart's content too. It's especially difficult because it's not just a matter of strangers being weird at me about this character; some of these threads have come from my friends. It puts me in an awkward position no matter who it is because on one hand, I don't want to be the moron who expects lots of cute positive cr with a character like this, especially from canonmates he's abused, and I definitely don't want to be the person who whines about people being meeeaaaannn to my poor precious jerkass who's trying to get better really :(((((! Otoh it's not actually fun for me to play out constant threads of nothing but people being a jerk to him before he even does anything because they oocly know he "deserves" it, and dealing with that makes redemption arcs next to impossible too.

I dropped out of my home game over a year ago due to RL drama. Things are better now and I'm ready to app a game again but I just went to see what's up in my old home game and... it's not dead but it may as well be.

The game has slowed way down and all the friends I enjoyed playing with moved on to greener fields. I barely have any interest in the characters still here and everything looks like SOL. I'm so disappointed.

I have my eye on a game that would be a great fit for her.

I'll be tossing her on memes in the mean time to get a better feel for her voice.

So... hi! I play Rapunzel and I've got a few ship itches that I really hope to finally get to scratch. The big one is Rapunzel/Thorin, from The Hobbit. I'm fine with completely AU'ing Rapunzel into the Tolkien-verse, mashing the two together somehow, or figuring out something else in between. This is an idea that's been sitting with me for a couple of years but never actually managed to get going. I'd really like to rectify this and give them a shot. I think it'd be pretty sweet!

While I'm here I'll also say that I'd be down for characters from other high-fantasy (or historical-dramas, that sort of thing) or the clear other side of the spectrum (sci-fi, such as Voltron, or Star Trek, or Star Wars). Supernatural stuff in between is technically fair game too. Looking for m/f, hit me up here, shoot me a PM, or I can toss you my plurk if interested! Socks are just fine!

If a specific person has issues with how I play my character, I really wish they'd tell me about it rather than ghosting my threads with them.

I'm writing a ship for the first time in ages and I forgot how much fun it was. The IC and OOC chemistry is through the roof, I love writing with this person! Their writing style works really well wth mine. It's also crosscanon and mostly unplanned for so just a whole buffet of the best things in RP life.
