+1 on looking through the FAQs of other games like the other anons have suggested.

It also helps to break it into sections like:

What is this game
Where you cover off some premise information, as well as what kind of plot you're going to have and stuff like how characters arrive etc.

Applications
What kind of characters you allow, any game or cast caps, power caps, etc.

IC mechanics
Where do characters live, what do they eat, how to handle NPCs, no characters can't do [game breaking thing] and why. This is usually where you stick you "my character is a vampire" type info and just any basic in-game things that players need to know in order to interact with the setting without asking you every 5 seconds. Your setting page will also probably cover some of the same stuff, but FAQs tend to be in a more digestible format, and having game info in more than one place for players to ref never hurts (unless it's inconsistent).

OOC mechanics
AC, hiatus, drops, canon updates, death, items, etc.

Above obviously isn't exhaustive because it depends on your game!
