Honestly, as someone who works in a restaurant, nobody cares if someone is there by themselves. All we care about is that you're not an asshole and tip your server.

if i'm by myself i try to go during off peak hours at least, because i feel bad taking up a table all by my lonesome if it's busy or there's a wait
