Not sure if any other anons are doing that #DeleteApple #DeleteFacebook, #DeleteTwitter, etc thing but I'm techie enough to try to help anons that want to find alternatives to their websites/programs/apps.

Like Mastodon is a pretty good alternative to Twitter and Diaspora is a good alternative to Facebook, but it doesn't have groups yet IIRC.

Deleting so many profiles of mine feels kind of liberating.

That also has scummy customers. Nothing is worse than working for a cell phone carrier around the launch of a new iphone, except maybe working for an Apple store. I'd rather work retail during the holidays than work that ever again.

Sorry but deleting Facebook doesn't actually do anything. They're still able to track you and send you custom ads.

I remember people complaining when one website (Patreon of all things) actually deleted your data when you deleted your account because it got in the way of their flakiness.
