Dragon Age PCs

What's the general rule of thumb when playing Wardens or Inquisitors? Does it have to be your own personal screen caps or can it be fanart/PBs/someone else's caps?

I've seen all those things 'done' but what things are more 'kosher' or the ideal?

I just bought PC versions of the games in the case of doing my own screen caps but if other options are ok then I'd rather get started now rather than later.

Anything goes, really! Using someone else's caps of their Warden or Inq would be crossing a line, though. If it's fanart, make sure it's actually your character.

Screencaps are fine, PBs are fine, art is fine (though of all three that's the one I see the least, while caps and pbs get a pretty equal share ime).

Using caps or art of somebody else's PC is iffy at best, because most people wouldn't want what's essentially their OC repurposed. Some ppl might be okay with it, but definitely ask first before using that kind of source.

as someone who plays companions, i prefer screenshots of your actual inquisitor over mcmodelface pb.

it's only kosher to use someone else's caps if they're capping the game for you. finding icons of an inquisitor you like and taking them is not cool.

there are plenty of non-mcmodelface pbs out there and honestly i prefer those over awkward screenshots. if because they actually tend have a variety of emotion instead. most screencap wardens/hawkes/inquisitors just don't seem to get from my experience

so personally i'd say pick a solid pb unless you're actually getting a decent variety of facial expressions via ss
