I don't know why since I haven't ever really played it before but I've been itching to do some Anakin/Obi-Wan shipping. Like...when did they realize their feelings for each other crossed the line? How did they reconcile that not only with the Jedi Code but also with the messiness that comes with Obi-Wan being Anakin's Master/teacher/parental figure? Presumably it doesn't actually come out into the open until Anakin is actually Knighted but Anakin is still referring to Obi-Wan as "Master" sometimes by RotS so it's not like that teacher/student dynamic ever entirely went away even if they managed to remake their relationship into that of more-or-less equals.

Uh, that's a lot of babbling. Mostly I want to explore what a romantic-type relationship between them might be like. Sex is a possibility too, of course, but that's not my main goal here.

So anyone know the reason behind that mod rule reminder post?

labeled by character. delete the notif when i've answered the tag and not before. the email i use is my internet-related-stuff email, so nothing else goes to it that i need to keep. i've never lost a tag unless i accidentally hit delete twice, and even then i have an undo button

i also don't use the gmail web client, i use thunderbird

Additionally, I use the Priority Inbox and created a section for the label with unanswered tags. So I have unread section at the top, then Starred, unreplied tags, and finally everything else.

i find people like that are usually telling half truths

something like "this woman got minor whiplash on the ride" will turn into "she fell free and was critically injured" as the person tells it. it's easier to exaggerate than it is to make something up out of nothing.

so long as no one is suing him, i imagine he enjoys the negative attention, as it gives him material. it's just the kind of person jim is, or has seemed to become over the years.

anon, if people had any faith in strangers ability to verify shit, fake news wouldn't have become as much of an issue as it is now. people don't verify anything that confirms their own beliefs, and people would rather ask their friends or even just strangers (as evidenced here on anoncoms fucking constantly) simple, easily verifiable questions than do any amount of research themselves because they're that goddamn lazy.

i had a close rp friend who left dwrp, and we don't talk really at all anymore. i feel kind of bad about it, but my friend has really moved on and gone other places with their life. by the end of things, i felt like i could no longer hold a significant conversation with my friend anymore. our interests and experiences had diverged so much that i could no longer offer any meaningful comment on the things that were important to them now.

it wasn't bad that my friend moved on, it's probably better for them in the end because they're doing much more important things now, but growing apart from people just kind of sucks.

this entire thing has been a fucking joke. 10/10 scores don't mean shit and i've been waiting on user reviews to roll in to get an honest look at this game's flaws.

Labels for each character, not games bc i'm never playing the same character in more than one game at once. I only keep tags i haven't replied to in there and inly as a reminder, bc i mostly use the dw inbox to keep track.

I have conversation view on because i hate looking at clutter. But since i go out of the dw inbox i never lose tags.

I know the Noctis and Lunafreya we had were planning to play out a monogamous ship and dropped together a few days ago. I saw people had asked the Lunafreya player how she planned to handle the monogamy thing, but I'm not sure if there was more behind the scenes. Don't know why they might have brought up the other rules, sorry.

Over half the shit I see reblogged on tumblr is wrong. I google stuff that sounds really outrageous or controversial and it's almost always wrong. If someone yells about something with conviction they can fool thousands and thousands of people into reblogging it. I've seen intelligent adult friends of mine fall into this trap.

yeah i've read a few of his reviews and i know he's not big on survival mechanics in games so i wasn't surprised he had those issues. not sure why everyone is so mad he clearly says he still thinks its good.

I feel like the first two months were very fast, more like a 1:1 pace. This month, a combination of the most active users focusing on built up CR and the particular style of event, has slowed down the pace.

If the next event is more open ended and doesn't encourage so much focus on pre-plotting, it'll speed back up. Or so I hope!
