Still, I agree with the dda that this is a level beyond that. OP I would take care to not come off as creepy OOC and just be sincere about what you want to play, whether it be gen or smut.

tbh everyone should have an explicit permissions/opt-out post in a smut game, regardless of what they're apping from, but you don't need to do any kind of opt-in post, since given the nature of smut games, you're gonna have to deal with sexual content on the reg.

Where can I find v3 icons?

I don't know why so many people think it's clever. It was almost as tryhard as those edgelord headcanons on tumblr where it turns out the entire canon is really super grimdark, like a fantasy someone is having in their head in an insane asylum.

Having something different from expected is always a good thing for a mod to do, but I remember seeing that when it first went up and thinking "rocks fell, everyone's dead" was lame and that I would've been pissed off if I was a player.

I legitimately do want to try my hand at taking the character out of their smutty canon and playing their personality traits in a gen environment, but what makes me nervous about it is a lack of being well received.

And not being creepy OOC goes without saying!

Is there a reason characters this round don't have assigned jobs that I missed or did the mods forget to give them?

A little voice! To clarify, I am deaf but I have a cochlear implant so I can hear with that. If I take off my cochlear implant I am completely deaf. :) A lot of times it's either a voice or I'm mentally picturing every thought if that makes sense? If I'm reading a recipe about baking cookies in my mind/to myself, I'm going to visualize what a cup of sugar is and not necessarily think with my inside voice "one cup of sugar up in this bitch"

Trying this again. I'm looking to practice my Lapis against someone! For canonmates, I'm mainly looking for a Peridot or Jasper. Otherwise, I'd be interested in crosscanon stuff.
