I learned recently that a good rp friend of mine only dated another mutual friend in a attempt to sabotage the ship the other friend and I were working on a year ago because the good friend wanted to force a ship with me (after rejecting said ship).

Now they broke up, the good friend dropped, but they did such a good job forcing the other friend and I to friendzone our CR that we can no longer go where we left off. Decided to reset my character's in-game development of the past year to avoid hindering the new ship the other friend is cultivating with someone else. It sucks to feel bitter over this. Petty, even.

i was actively suicidal when i went to two of those therapists. once they'd gotten me to promise i wouldn't kill myself they told me i was fine and didn't need more therapy.

i find it kind of hard to believe that a therapist would deem "being really sad" worthy of treatment when suicidal ideation wasn't.

The ones I've talked to I'm pretty sure would at least entertain the idea that if you feel a need, then it's worth talking about. And I can't imagine any good therapist treating suicidal leanings as something you just fix and it's done.
