idk as someone who was willing to rp exclusively on f-list after being tired of dwrp's shit, i found out that f-list has its own shit. and now i just want to stay over here.

you're still in the honeymoon stage, probably. every rp site has its own brand of drama. it's just a matter of picking which one you want to deal with. if wherever you're rping is less stressful for you, i'm happy for you. but i won't be surprised if you come back here after a few months either, just like i did.

why do you think this is bait? people talk about 'better rp sites' in earnest all the time. it is possible to have fun outside of dreamwidth.

me... i don't. i work too much. when i get home, i just want to stay home. on my days off i don't want to go hang out with anyone. i'm perfectly content with this, but some personality types recharge and feel better after being around people. i don't, so i'm fine. but if you're not fine, maybe cultivate friendships with coworkers? they're easier than finding random friends irl.

even still, i really hope this doesn't happen with hapymaher when it's out. while i do like mangagamer's localizations, himawari was riddled with typos, grammatical errors, and other issues when it first came out before a patch was released.

i actually feel like there's way, way less wank. even as someone who got namedropped not long ago. it blew over pretty fast and it pissed me off but i think overall dwrp is more positive. the fact i was namedropped for something extremely crusty and many years old just says, to me, that people are grasping at straws to talk shit but nobody really cares beyond those grudgewankers.

and fewer people go to wg than ever before. at least that's my perception.
