Why didn't anyone tell me it was so easy to get Legendary/pseudos as my starter? If I'd had known I barely had to sell it and just request it I would've had Rayquaza! It's pretty biased to give only one person in the game a starter that's only available to them.

You can't even learn about the legendaries. There have been characters that have been trying for ages to gather information and you can't get anything but you can just have a pseudo legendary if you ask.

i guess this is a relevant place to ask this, but what do you do when you type in your info on haveibeenpwned.com and, well, you HAVE? the site doesn't say anywhere, and google couldn't help. i'm in the tumblr data breach and some spam list, and while i changed my tumblr password back when that was a thing, this still shows up and idk how to get rid of the spam list or anything. for a helpful site, it isn't very helpful.

I've actually been putting together notes for a game like this - similar premise of starting up in a prison. I imagine it based in a dystopia as well.

So would love to see this being developed further and I'd totally be up for helping out!

you can't remove your email/username from the leak. once somebody has leaked a huge list of emails, passwords, etc., there's no way that you can edit it or completely remove it from the internet or people's hard drives. unlike google results, there is absolutely nothing that you can do.

if you're concerned about somebody trying to get into your tumblr account, you can always change the email address that you use for the site. even if you change it from weeaboonerd at gmail to weeaboonerd+tumblr, that's fine, but you'll need to remember the +tumblr part because you can't log in otherwise.

also, make sure that your email password is very secure! like it was said in the plurk, if somebody can access your email, they can access everything.

To be fair, Type: Null IS on the list of starters with the same level of moderation as say, Larvitar or Riolu. Sure I think it's kind of weird that it would be, but there's no indication that it would only be available to the one person. It might just not be intended as a unique Pokemon the way it was in the games.

i'll be for this only if all the yaoibrats join the game and leave all their other games.

agreed, we don't need a whole thread dedicated to that sort of thing. personally, though, i think it's ok to leave the occasional OT comment up if it seems like it's generating useful/interesting discussion.

probably better off without tbh. a thread here and there off-topic to shoot the shit about something is alright i guess, but the woe-is-me blogposts not even vaguely related to rp don't exactly contribute anything, are a real downer to read, and also open up that person to whatever catty anon's on the comm that day

there are countless other websites and forums out there that are infinitely more helpful for that kind of venting. on the appropriate venue you might actually get some feedback. on rpa you're more liable to get shat on than anything else, which isn't productive for anyone involved. it's basically a diluted form of those suicidal posts we used to get a lot of, and we ruled out those for the same reason
