i speak for no one but myself and i dont know anything about murder games but

to me this sounds like a really good idea for an open-ended game? bc taking the trauma out of disappearing in a murdergame seems to defeat the point but as a longterm game it would take a lot of the sting out of drops.

i like the theories as theories and usually figure that in practical execution, those crossovers would be horrible messes

pretty fun in theory, enough multi-dimensional setup in both shows to render it not 100% impossible. makes for some fun rp reading. will never canonically cross those streams and im happy that way.

I'm interested in picking up Maria Torres from Trauma Team, who's a first responder. How much about EMS training do you think I need to look up? Or how little can I get away with? This is for a game not a meme, so I'm not comfortable with 100% BSing my way through it.

the character voice is good in the tags ive seen around. very fun. that ooc post about pronouns puts me off

the mun acknowledges that pidge canonically stated she's a girl and that the creators confirmed it, but immediately follows up saying theyre playing her as gender fluid anyway because thats hwo they feel. even though she very clearly states that shes a girl or at least identifies as such

i wont rule out that that post could be well outdated since it doesnt include season two though

what era's friends don't realize is that there's more than one person here who isn't happy about her bad playing, between cassian speaking spanish, his immediate jump into that ot3 with jyn and bodhi as the wise poly guru, and his hacking abilities he doesn't actually have. there are better cassian players and she needs to either shape up or drop so someone who will try to be ic can app.

I think the reason I was considering the short term sort of format is because of the way the show itself presents its format - after the main character arrives, no new characters show up. The series focuses entirely on this group of people and they start passing on one by one, leaving behind people to cope with the fact that their friends are gone for good.

It gives a bit of a better emotional sting, I think, if characters don't get the feeling that they can just linger on and live in limbo indefinitely, because everyone they get attached to will eventually disappear... they need to find peace themselves as well. Considering the big finale in the show is a graduation ceremony (sorry for minor spoilers) that helps the stragglers pass on, there's an emotional element I'd like to try and capture by not letting characters just come and go freely.

If that at all makes sense, at least...

I'm just commenting to say I'm glad you and one of the above anons reconnected and I'm glad she could confirm that this probably isn't your fault. Sometimes people are just weirdly shitty about old contacts. Who knows what their issue is.

It takes a long time to meticulously go down a list of people and shit on them in personal ways. It also takes a certain kind of person to want to in the first place.

If he could justify to himself that that was reasonable in the time it took to write a message to every single person without chickening out halfway through, then I really strongly suspect he's capable of justifying irrational and vicious behaviour again.

hello anon! thank you for your thoughts. i did reconnect with another old friend who explained everything. knowing this made me feel better and able to move forward. some people are just not comfortable reconnecting with estranged friends even if they drifted on good terms for whatever the reason.
