it's not even really yuri, though. granted, i'm only halfway through the manga right now, but there's zero romance, the human protag treats the dragons more like roommates or sisters than anything else. the tumblrinas are getting vapors over a few single-panel jokes about "whoa your boobs are big" and literally everything else has been silly slice of life antics.

+1 Could help show how the hobby has evolved/migrated over time.

i might set it up as a relaxed sandbox type thing sometime, just too busy to do it right now

also, kobayashi is the only adult with any presence in the manga.

that being said, no one was having vapors. people were just making fun of it. i haven't seen any reaction beyond "welp, there it is", in what is pretty much a bog standard moeshit sol series.

unless calling a duck a duck counts as pearl clutching these days.

MG just released their top-selling games for 2016 under three categories: First Party Titles, Third Party Titles, and Steam Releases.

Kindred Spirits hit 8th place under first party titles and 1st under Steam releases. Meanwhile, Gahkthun hit 8th place and Ozmafia hit 2nd both under Steam releases. Also, NTY hit 10th place under first party title rankings again despite being a 2015 release.

"I feel loved in a general though so I feel bad and selfish when I feel so bitter and sad about how little sex we have now" same here, and it's hard, isn't it? mostly we're stellar, and good at working through other problems. we're also very physical in other ways, but it never, never turns into sex these days.

we've tried to talk it out. my so doesn't know what the problem is and can't seem to figure it out, so I can't do anything but offer patience and space...but it's been years of that approach with no progress.

we used to have really great sex, but my so's drive died off a few years ago. mine has decreased too, but my drive's always been reactive, so knowing my partner's not into it pretty much kills any arousal that I do get. I also get pushed away if I try and initiate or ask so I've stopped initiating or asking.

often it doesn't bother me anymore, it's just not a part of our lives, oh well. getting strident about it never did anything but make the whole thing worse. but every now and then I'll remember what I've lost and get sad about it.

So glad that NTY is still doing so well. It's only a matter of time before we get Room No.9.

I'm also glad to see that Funbag Fantasy is doing well since there's some Waffle titles I'm interested in. Ditto Alicesoft, but unfortunately the titles I'm interested from them are on the back burner since Mangagamer is going to be focusing on stuff with gameplay. I guess we're do gonna get Evenicle or Beat Angel Escalayer remake this year.

so you see, jasper's arc is going to be about learning to love herself, because the reason she rejected steven's help wasn't because he represents everything she detests or anything... it's because she doesn't love herself. somehow. and grwg is going to play a big part of her healing journey according to some va's, which oh boy get ready for the shipping. it sounds like she's going to turn into yet another sad woobie and it sucks because she has the makings of a great morally gray character.

Same, anon. Same. Especially about trying to initiate and having it shot down. It kind of leaves things so it's only when my so feels like it and then I feel kind of resentful because of the way the terms get balanced. It makes it feel like if I don't grab that chance when it comes up I don't know when it will again and im so desperate for it I'll never turn them down and that feels kind of shit, but I also would never want to pressure them into sex when they don't want it because that's fucked up, plain and simple.

But I hear you on the sad looking back on what things used to be like.

it's rarely offered because the histrionic pearl-clutching amongst certain chunks of fandom is aggravating as fuck to deal with.
