Personally, I'm with the other anons who were a bit thrown by the 'and romance' aspect of this game.

I can see you have stated it is meant to be a shipping game, but that aspect seems... not to fit? It seems added on, not properly integrated into the plot. An after thought. Like the world was all built then you got some super glue and added 'also intimacy to level up'.

You might want to see if you can interweave it a little better, or see if you can make it seem more natural.

LMFAO this guy is sad, the video was enjoyable until he basically broke down crying because precious SJWs ruined his game, because he desperately needed to see a 3D rendered little girl get the shit kicked out of her and it was all their fault that the story was sparse and that characters weren't fully developed, because apparently Tabata couldn't come up with some other personality traits aside from "has been abused and wants to be perfect for the male character." Either that, or they'd been so long into development that there just wasn't time to come up with anything else so instead of padding the game with needless child-beating they left Luna's character sparsely explored.

These "anti-SJW" fucks are even more annoying than Tumblrina Armchair Warriors. At least the Tumblr crowd is whining about equality, this fuckwit is whining about a lack of pixel children getting beaten and crying in his vidyagaems.

Not at all, actually.

Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Pocahontas- what did any of these girls really learn? Snow White was rewarded for her kindness. Cinderella was rewarded for her patience. Aurora took a nap. Ariel learned jack-shit. Pocahontas learned nothing, except maybe to exert herself.

All of the Disney Princesses have great traits to be passed on to kids- kindness, patience, perseverance. That sleep is good for you. Many good qualities. But Moana's kinda new in that she gets to learn that people have things to teach you, that you aren't born with an innate ability, necessarily, to do what it is you need or want to do. Or that love and magic won't solve every problem. That you shouldn't be ashamed to ask to be taught. Moana's learned ability to sail is what won the movie, it was the real final battle.

I thought it was a good message and my biggest critique of the movie would actually be that that wasn't played up as much as the "finding yourself" theme, which is the actual theme that connects most Disney Princesses.

on a different note, the day I stop seeing advertisement for this movie cannot come fast enough. If I have to listen to those damn rabbits intone "oh. my. god. look at. her. butt." one more time.....

it'll be interesting to see Macaron and Chocolat's dynamic with the other three girls. b/c on the one hand, you do have the 'noticeably older vs. noticeably younger' dynamic that Moonlight had with the Heartcatch girls, but on the other hand, (correct me if I'm wrong!) I haven't seen anything suggest that Macaron and Chocolat got their powers before the other three, so you don't have that 'already established magical girl vs. greenhorn' that some of the other series did.

typically i prefer pve, because i prefer story and content to bang bang shoot 'em up. i don't MIND playing pvp if it's necessary or i'm feeling particularly cocky in my mad skillz in the fps games i play. but i'm a competitive person, so i get irritated when i suck and lose (which happens more than i'd like). which means i go on long breaks from playing pvp.

That's basically all I took from it too.

pvp just pisses me off because i don't have the time/patience to git gud, and if the game has a story there's no progression from pvp and that's generally all i care about.

i miss when it was on the festival circuit and was barely getting any marketing at all.

I definitely see what you mean, anon. I can try weaving that aspect of things better into the world's history (present and active from the beginning) rather than shoving it in at the end, and chopping off the "romance" bit to emphasize general bonding instead. I'd like to keep the leveling system as it is since intimate activity is something more easily defined and quantifiable than say, general good feelings, but otherwise I can word it more clearly.
