Lately I just can't stand police crime dramas. The amount of violence and coercion they use on anyone they suspect makes me really uncomfortable and angry because the shows excuse it as 'ok' in the narrative and that hits way too close to reality in my country right now (Yeah, U.S.A, land of police brutality).

Are there any crime dramas out there that don't excuse that behavior or at least don't paint it in a 'this is just and right' light?

law&order has a better track record of holding the police accountable for bullshit, but it's not exactly a consistent track record.

still, it's my go-to procedural, has been for years.

i love this game. i love my cr. i love the light activity required. i love the mods, who are creative and easy going, but who have put a lot of thought and effort into this game. i love the fact it can be both an intense and dark game and yet something light hearted and fluffy.

and yes, i know there's wank, but i'm hoping that too shall pass because i've been having such a great time here, i don't really care what goes on in the anon comms because in the actual game, none of that matters.

It's a popular canon and between the original, Fate/Zero, and the million spinoffs, there's so many appable characters they balloon into huge casts with little effort. If there's a cast cap, they're almost guaranteed to be the whiniest about it (Crosscheck doesn't have a cast cap, but you asked in general.) Between that and most of them being super OP, they're like anime homestucks, basically.
