I've been around since the LJ days and I'm probably not going anywhere anytime soon so I figure I'll be around for a good while. The hardest part would probably be putting the first list together, but after that, it shouldn't be that hard. There are usually only a few games opening or closing each month.

I could maybe even do the update poll day on rpa the same day as ATP, since everyone is thinking about new games and since the mods and casts of games are all prepped to advertise that day.

Their only friend/partner in crime. They have a strangely cute dynamic and I'd love to explore it more from what little of it is shown in canon.

Holy shit please do this! I've been browsing for a new game and it's been a minor pain in the ass. Not impossible, but having a convenient list to go down would be so much nicer.

Well, we'll have to agree to disagree about whether games or non-game stuff has been more central. I agree, though, that memes were the successor to DRs as non-game play goes, which means the preferred format has changed and evolved. These days people are looking more to PSLs, I think. Again, I do think the community as a whole is dwindling, but specifically bakerstreet slowing down is less a dire sign of DWRP's imminent demise and more about that particular style of play becoming less popular for various reasons.

I'd dig it! I recently went through the rpa google sheet and moved over the closed/inactive games so it should be relatively up to date, if you're making a starter.

What are you thinking of doing, having a sticky post listing all active games, then either link to app_this_plz or allow others to drop links to their games a la insane journal's RP ad communities?

I think that cross-checking with ATP would definitely help at the least, since it's well established.
