it depends. do you mean playing out the emotional fallout, or some kind of magical girl vs evil homura fight? also, which character did you have in mind for it?

The former, like the way Sayaka confronts Homura at the end. And any is fine.

i've actually thought that playing something like that out with madoka could be fun, since she almost remembers at the end of the movie, so that sounds pretty good to me.
