slightly above shoulder? Somewhere between Tseng in Before Crisis (http://static.giantbomb.com/uploads/square_small/0/4997/248283-tseng_before_crisis_mini.jpg) and actual shoulder length. Just. Messier than Tseng because character is not a morning person.
