rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.
Temporary Change: To reduce the strain on Dreamwidth's servers new entries will go up when a post reaches 3,000. Please refrain from spamming so we can stretch these entries for a little longer. My game doesn't have much in the way of a Sonic cast (we've had a few filter in here and there, but the only one that's reasonably stuck is human Shadow), so I've been pretty much reliant on other canons for CR. It's not too bad!
You won't get as many tags as you would from playing a popular character from a big fandom everyone seems to enjoy. It's the same for anyone aiming to play a "lone canon warrior," I think, especially when they're from a fandom that's under-represented in the RP community. You'll probably get a decent amount of tags, though, especially if you tag around a bit yourself! Granted, it will vary from game to game, but I don't think you'd get ignored in any.
Try not to feel too self-conscious about your character of choice, though. It'll feel more difficult to tag if you do.
