The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. I mean, the first part is obviously meant to be facetious (if accurate), and they're not the only one who is getting really sick of all the hate being piled on Amanda - not just her Eridan, but Amanda herself.

And you going out of your way to reply to every anon is fucking stupid. Yes, you are allowed to defend your friend. Yes, you are allowed to get upset. Ah, but there has been so much hate towards Amanda's Eridan, and that's the first time I've seen that KK here.

Also, I really fail to see why anyone should judge someone negatively because their friends care about them enough to stick up for them. But maybe that's just me and my naivety to think that people should stick up for the people they love.

I'm not saying she's a perfect person or a perfect Eridan, but I think the things that get said about her at least once a month on anoncomm are unfounded and ridiculous. /shrug

The problem isn't that you're sticking up for a friend. The problem is that you're making a production over something that would have been forgotten about quickly. Like if I got namedropped on anoncomm and my friends "stood up" for me in the way you and that Karkat player did, I would feel massively fucking humiliated, because the longer people talk about it is the longer it takes for the whole thing to just go away.

tl;dr: are you really helping your friend? Is she okay with you stretching the conversation out on anoncomm? Because if she isn't, you need to just sit down.
