the way the mods handled that issue in the hmd, it feels as if players are supposed to provide activity for the npcs now. i understand that adachi is in prison and not everyone would be interested in visiting him but shouldn't they have known or realized that that would be the case from the very start?

This game is disorganized as hell.

especially love how all the deadlines for revisions request have the wrong date on them, without fail.

its been approx 2 ic weeks.

how do characters have houses/how does junpei have the money to fix up an "abandoned building" esp. one of that size? how are characters who arrived with *nothing* able to afford things? iirc the mods have made posts urging people to "keep it believable" guess that kind of went over a lot of peoples heads.

Characters have been chipping in to help with the big housing project.

DA but most characters probably still don't have much money to chip in, if they came in with nothing

junpei's mun has been handwaving it as getting help from the kirijo group.

i like how if i've been on hiatus for less than 2 weeks but more than 1 i still have to provide the exact same amount of proofs as everyone who is active

It's not like it's hard to make AC this time, it's seriously just like... one single thread with a few comments in it. They lessened the requirements for this one since there was crap all over the place. If you couldn't get a thread with (at the most) 5 comments from your character at any point in time over the last few weeks (especially the intro log, that thing was huge) then maybe you should re-evaluate some stuff.

Besides, if their Rules post is believable, then the mods are just giving strikes to people who don't miss AC. It doesn't look like there are really any actual repercussions yet.

Anyone else bothered that only Fools can be Wild Cards?

... this isn't canon. this is an RP. this is a game for funtimes.

if you're going to allow it for some people and not others, at mod bias at that, in may cases when mods don't know canons, that's unfair. not to mention that the persona 1/2 characters having the ability despite not being fools a bit ridiculous anyway.

just let anyone sign up for it provided they can give evidence that it works with their character, or make it something a character unlocks. a lot of popular Minato and Souji interpretations wouldn't make it as Fools if they were posted under different names/canons as it is!

I'm sorry, but it is pretty much explicit canon as of P4, and in a game based on a canon, you don't just get to bend the rules because someone wants a shiny. That's like saying those with weak hearts can have Keyblades in a Kingdom Hearts-based game despite Keyblades going to people with strong hearts canonly. Or someone everyone being given a chance at the Master Sword.

Then why bend them for the P1/P2 characters? Or Aigis?

They can't have it both ways.

I really just wish that the HMD was anon enabled. I could list all of the problems I personally have with her Simon alone right here, and I would too, but I know that she either wouldn't see it or say that since it is from an anon it's not true.
