I'm sure there are... some characters who'd go for it, but they'd still be stealing from npcs which is totally a rocket thing

well, not all characters in TR are thieves/bad guys/etc in the way that not all regular trainers/breeders are good guys. killua hasn't always exactly been a "good guy" sort of character to my knowledge, so this seems pretty normal for him to suggest.

I'm not sure the information would be worth it. Some of the more bookish characters have mentioned the other regions already, and the list of pokemon is eh.

I'm waiting for the sudden awkward that will happen since AJ got with Fluttershy last time she was here, and Dash was half pushing flutterdash, it seemed like...

It's especially funny since Twilight's already told Rainbow about their relationship.

Honestly I was one of the ones who was skeeved by the ship-pushing, but if they take the inevitable awkwardness of Fluttershy's ex showing up and play it totally straight, I will be incredibly amused.

Okay, I can't find where I thought I asked this, so maybe I did not.

Anyway, I was wondering if someone can get their Pokemon back if they reapp. My muse would be sad to lose her babies :c

you're allowed to get one back as their started but the level will be cut back (i don't remember to what level exactly off the top of my head. i want to say 30 for some reason? but i'm not 100% positive).

other than that, the only way she could get them back is if she left them to somebody who's still around or the adoption center.

disappointed that the battle thing that's being replurked is going to be run by the sollux. it sounds interesting, why can't someone active and not thread droppy run it?

I saw that and cringed. It's a good idea, but someone more active definitely needs to run it.

disregarding how weird it is an icly condescending asshole seems to be the person trying to run this, it all feels like something that will be talked about briefly then completely forgotten.

I can't see people actually suddenly springing into random battles due to this.

Especially when some people will get super anal about making sure they'll be the winner, so anytime people want to battle, they're gonna need a ooc chat at length to decide who's gonna win.

Is there anything I should worry about if I'm interested in apping a character when there's been at least four here already?

What about lone canon warriors?

i'm not sure about apping characters that have been played multiple times before, but from what i've observed lone canon warriors seem to do fairly well! route is a very easy game to get cross-canon cr in, from my experience, and we have quite a few well-established lone canon warriors like carmen sandiego and cobra commander.

You know I'm waiting on the day when Team Rocket decides it'll be a great idea to attack the Breeding Center. Which will result in some kind of Team Rocket ic egg ban and having to provide some kind of proof you're a trainer/breeder by showing something like your starting items, or some other proof.

Which'll result in Archer having to provide eggs for the Rockets, since he has his own sort of rocket breeding thing going on even though it's not a constant

potential new apper with questions! i understand that there's little point to joining the game if you don't want to do the whole pokemon journey thing (or be a rocket or breeder), but is it still possible for a character to just settle somewhere and do their own thing with their pokemon? also, would it be impossible for a trainer character with a preference for only one or two types to go through the gyms?
