This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. a lot of people here don't like them but they're very popular ongoing webseries with tons of fic and art

the fandom trends young though. and they're really into the anti/proship discourse nonsense so be aware going in

vivziepop is an awful person

and if you want to rp from it it's gonna be a vertical climb uphill in a blizzard. the characters are insufferable to anyone older than late teens/early twenties, so they tend to be pretty insular which only fuels the cycle of getting almost no cross canon cr

the last bit is ymmv. i've seen them get plenty of bites on tdms and do well enough in games as long as you, the player, aren't weird and insufferable

i don't think i've ever seen a blitzo or whatever his name is that wasn't fucking obnoxious loledgy though so maybe it's character dependent

it's insufferable to pretty much anyone who didn't peak in high school

cr with these characters is largely adversarial because they're edgy assholes because, again, the canon itself

but hey if you're willing to chance rping with characters from an invader zim-esque world but with none of the charm, can't stop ya

i was addressing "nobody will play with you" which is objectively not a true statement, not your manifesto or whatever. i'm looking at an active tdm right this second where two of them have three and four threads from non canonmates each and they're all decently sized

so yeah, if anon isn't weirdly aggro like this ic or ooc (not that they mentioned wanting to rp, just new fandoms to read fic or look at fanart of) then they should be fine

all i hear about this canon is from my friend who rps from it. they're always complaining about how no one wants to tag their hazbins and got aggy when i suggested playing nicer characters

personally i wouldn't get into its fandom either because it's a can of worms

yeah, it seems like a massive mixed bag. from the tiktok amvs or whatever the fuck they're called these days that my sister has shown me it's 80% assholes and edgy tumblr sexyman ocs but i know the spider hoe and the blonde chick seem to do okay in dwrp circles. there's like one of the blitzo guy who seems to be doing really well in tlv too

sometimes the fandom reddit breaks containment though and i see the kind of discourse that tells me this show's audience is largely school aged, which is a great reason never to interact with it in any way, ever, outside of maybe just reading fics

i do not need ~discourse~ on moral ethics from eighth graders getting anywhere near me
