looking for an actor who's been in lots of period pieces (a variety would be good). ideally recent stuff (within the past decade but the newer the better) so i can find caps.

Harry Richardson (1780s England, Gilded Age NYC, apparently he was in Dunkirk though I don't know how big his role was)
Thomas Brodie-Sangster (1960s America, Tudor England, 1850s England, ymmv on handsome as he's 35 years old but still looks like a teenager to me)

You mentioned McNulty—off the top of my head, I know some of his Terror castmates have been in more period drama. Liam Garrigan (medieval fantasy, Regency), Tom Weston-Jones (Regency, more Victorian, ancient Greek), and Adam Nagaitis (medieval, even more Victorian, 1980s) come to mind.

looking for a late 20s/early 30s clean-shaven white male actor with brown or red hair and brown or green eyes with a little belly on him, but not carrying extra weight in a more evenly distributed way. conventionally attractive is a plus here. any leads appreciated, because this is a hard one!

Looking for a drawn PB. Manga preferred, but comics, anime, or even a picrew are all okay. Any colors listed below are flexible since I can just edit them.

- Adult male in the 25-35 year range
- Short hair, white/blond, preferably a little messy or wavy
- Medium skin tone
- At least a few thoughtful, nervous, and excited expressions
- Bonus: wearing glasses, interacting with books in some way

Basically, I'm looking for a PB that's Qifrey from Witch Hat Atelier without actually being Qifrey, since I'm sure the series is going to explode in popularity once the anime comes out.

And here I was about to suggest Qifrey lol. What about Fai from TRC?

Qifrey is actually who I'm using for him right now! He's everything I wanted but I figure it's best to switch PBs ahead of time.

Fai is also a really good choice and I'm surprised I didn't even think of him. So thank you! I'm gonna take a look (and see if I can still find decent scans of TRC these days).

Asra from The Arcana might be an option. No glasses, but the rest fits pretty neatly.

Let me tell you, yaoi manga has always been great for finding male PBs. It's obscure enough that pretty much everyone won't recognize the characters.

Is My Reading Manga still the place for yaoi these days or is there a better site out there now?

I use bato.to myself. It's how I was able to find some corny ass shounen-ai manhua to make icons out of.

bato.to has some weird mods who will delete and ban accounts posting “pedophilia” which they state includes if the mods think the character looks or behaves too much like a child despite being an adult. they ended up deleting some yaoi/bl series because of that, although a few of the popular ones got reinstated after pushback.

I am looking for a PB who looks malnourished and kind of feral. Female, anywhere from teens to 30s, preferably with light colored eyes, but that last one isn’t absolutely necessary.

At the moment I am using Abbey Lee as the Dag from Mad Max, but she doesn’t have a huge part in the movie so there aren’t that many options for icons. That said, if anyone does have lots of icons of the Dag, that would also be appreciated!

looking for a drawn or animated PB:

- long, kind of messy/curly hair (preferably dark, but it doesn't matter too much)
- eyes and skin tone don't matter
