additionally-chatgpt is generative ai. it is not a writing tool. if you're using chatgpt to build your game, you're telling all of us that you don't give a shit about quality. or putting in the effort to proof read and refine things yourself so you're also incredibly lazy. you are letting chatgpt make judgements for you.

It steals from copyrighted work to spit out its responses while harming the environment with its insane energy demands. That's pretty not great.

adding onto what the anons said with a good number of people here also write fanfic and have probably had their writing stolen without their consent by chatgpt.

doesn't matter how much you wrote out and how much chatgpt refined. once chatgpt enters the picture, no one can tell how much of it you ACTUALLY wrote. it makes your own writing worthless because now there is always the question of how much you needed a machine to write for you.

I think in the DWRP atmosphere you're probably going to get questions of whether you'll accept fandom OCs, and maybe about power scaling, so I'd have those considered before you release. Personally I'd have a lot of fun with an OC game, depending on the setting! What vibes are you going for?

mostly post apocalypse, however there's a fully functioning city in Canada that is being used by the humans. Some monsters can also be kept as pets and used in attacks against monsters that aren't as friendly.

so there'd be times when supplies are low and stuff like that. i'm still working on it but the vibe is basically post apocalyptic wasteland taken over by vampires, who are farming human beings not in the academy/army for blood.

and it's going to surge again when the new season of SNW drops

Ouch. Been there too, anon. They so neatly sidestepped the offer I made to play the same ship they were just gushing about how they couldn’t get enough of, and I just had to take a hint and shrug it off. Definitely stings, but that’s how it goes sometimes.
