Like, no sooner do they put the crown on her head than they also tell her she's now officially married to some guy she's never heard of. And there's nothing she can do about it. She can't even try to marry someone else first, because the marriage is considered to have happened in absentia already.

All too fast, she's being taken from her standard adventuring clothes, forced to bathe, and then shoved into an elaborate wedding dress. Then, she's thrown into a bedroom with all of the doors locked until the Prince of the next Kingdom who's now her husband comes in. And he's not interested in her feelings or her comfort. He's interested in taking her and pumping a baby in her. The sex they have is not gentle or slow or loving. He just pins her down and takes her. If/When she fights back, the guards are called in to literally hold her down... etc.
