I agree there’s nothing inherently wrong with TLH but I wish we could get an alternative smut comm. Only because any comm with absentee mods feels a shade offputting to me.

TLH has the same problem that caused SWS to get abandoned and DM to get replaced by DP. Even if most of the real shitheads have cycled out of the hobby at this late date, it's still just bad optics to check out and let problem players run wild.

Thing is unless Nemo (or whatever they're calling themselves now) handed over the reins? They still *play* on TLH (as their shitty OC Aether) so it's less the mod abandoned the comm and more the mod doesn't give a shit.

No, they quit a long time ago (2013).

The only remaining mod is someone named Alex who did nothing with it. I think years ago someone reported a 'meme violation' when they were annoyed someone posted one right after their's, and they emerged to delete it, got some backlash from the community for only appearing to stop people having fun, can't remember anything after that.

From what I can tell they don't go outside of like, TLH? I could be wrong, but I've never seen Aether on bakerstreet and I don't actually follow what Nemo does with their spare time.

Hell I only know about them still playing Aether on TLH is because a friend was bitching about being tagged by Nemo once over there.
