Character A is a spirit medium who has been helping people deal with their haunted houses and the like. On one of these trips this medium thinks they've managed to clear the house of all spirits even if the medium feels like they've taken something from the house with them. It's not odd to have a stray ghost or two following them home, eventually she convinces them to move on.

Unfortunately this new ghost isn't interested in moving on. They're determined to have a fulfilling sexual afterlife to make up for their lacking love life while living and this medium is just the person to make it happen. Or to have it happen to them, one of the two.

What starts off as dubcon/noncon does eventually become con as the medium gets used to being fondled through their clothes by incorporeal hands, the occasional house guest being possessed and used by the ghost for sex and so on.

Looking to play the female role here whether it's as the medium or the ghost. Open to the spirit being a friendly one, a mean one or maybe a demon pretending to be a ghost?
