All details are inherently flexible, except for me playing our bottom/sub/A!

I'm itching for something with nonhuman pregnancy, belly kink, and a strong erotic birth/labor element - fucking through it, getting off on it, etc. with a particular love for drawn out, difficult, agonizing birth, denial, that sort of thing.

In my original idea, A is a human stable boy who gets knocked up by one of the stallions; B, whatever role he has (farm owner, prince, whatever) happens to drop in and finds him laboring in one of the stalls, struggling to birth a foal.
