TL;DR: Condensed jamjar sex game experience with guilt and manipulation between friends. This may sound very specific, but we don't have to stick to all these details.

Characters A and B have been close friends for as long as they can remember. Both started college together, but while A is driven and knows what they want to do, B is aimless and just going through the motions.

The two make plans to hang out again, and so they join a weekly tabletop RPG that they expect to be like a typical DnD kind of game. Unbeknownst to them, it's being run by someone who traps players within their game, transforming them into their characters and placing them in a pocket dimension. The players are told that in order to escape and be returned to the real world, at least one of the adventurers needs to defeat a witch, traversing territory full of fucking machine traps, horny monsters, etc. The logic of this world is that everyone slowly becomes more and more addicted to sex until they forget about returning to the real world.

A wants nothing to do with this and to escape this world as soon as possible. B wants to help their friend, but returning to the real world isn't as important to B, and A's new body is B's wildest fantasy come to life. During their travels, B tries to keep A's trust while also "accidentally" getting them caught in situations where they need to have sex, secretly trying to get A to want to stay in this world. But eventually, A catches on, which might lead to a darker turn...

I'd prefer to play A as a woman against any, but I can also play B and M/M. Iconless or 2D only for this.

Kinks I don't want: toilet stuff, gore and major injury (on A or B; background characters is alright) among possible others.
