stupid af honestly, but beating this game on 11/5 re: the american election was kinda surreal. probably not more than an 8 or 8.5 outta 10 for me, but i am on a quality post-completion high rn.

not dying to rp any one single character, but playing with a cast in a game somewhere could be really fun.

I downloaded the demo and am enjoying it but... there's something about the visuals that really bugs my eyes.

Love it, want to new game+ it, not sure if I'll pick up a character from it though I do like Alonzo quite a bit. Regardless would be thrilled to see casts start cropping up and play with them.

Good, I want to rp from it. Feels like a good shift from a lot of the jrpgs that hit you with softballs like "society should change somewhat" into something a bit more complex, like exploring how it could change, or why certain idealistic takes aren't actually feasible. In a world where everything is a remake or a sequel or a franchise installment, it feels like a breath of fresh air.

Heismay's arc is by far my favorite and if I wasn't such shipper trash I'd want to pick him up in a heartbeat because he's so well written. But, you know. He's a anthropomorphic bat (and not even sexy in a furry way) so...

heismany rules. i had the plot surrounding him sniffed out pretty early on, in broad strokes, but was very pleasantly surprised with how his character turns out.

also rip anyone trying to compete with the hot furries in this game. like, hi fabienne. whew
