This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

update: no demons, but that was way more interesting and bizarre than i thought it'd be! it looked like a hole in the sky. 10/10 eldritch experience, would risk getting cursed by space tentacles again

i tried to get pictures/video and they were all grainy and weird... the light we still had was probably radiant light bouncing off unaffected areas of the earth's surface, right? it looked and felt like evening, except the horizon was sort of everywhere, not just the west. pretty neat, definitely did not feel like midday, light or temperature-wise.

i got to see an eclipse on my side of the country a few years back and noticed this same thing - the quality of the light was very strange in a way i've never experienced before or since. pretty cool, glad you got to enjoy this one anon

i was in 99% totality and looking at the darkness just to the north convinced me to travel wherever i have to to watch the next one properly. looked so neat
