hey just a random thing, i found this. its a database site for KH that specifically has a directory of youtube uploads of every cutscene in the KH series, with the ability to search by character, game, certain words, etc. figure if anyone else is considering getting back into kingdom hearts RP with KH4 (hopefully) not too far off, this might be useful.

I used to RP a FF character from KH and the way they slowly disappeared is hurting more and more my interest in the series, even if I still like it. Just show me what happened to Zack or Auron or more of the Restorating Gang, game :(

I just started reading this after getting bombarded with amazing panels/screenshots, and I'm so glad I did. It's fun as hell and all the facial expressions are perfection.

I'm not usually a big manga reader or anime watcher (there are a couple exceptions but usually it's not my thing) but I ADORED this. I finished reading the whole series in a couple days. I don't think I disliked a single character.

i am not even in this fandom and have not seen a detective conan episode in my life but

if you (general you) want me to stop shipping something with a related reveal, you gotta do it earlier than 20 fucking years. at that point it's too late if i ship something. Oh no, they're cousins!!!!! So what. If I have a fic for them that could be attending college now you're way too late with this information to make any difference to me.

when i introduce magic kaito into detective conan, i don't say it yet
when i make a movie about my protagonists facing off, ohhhh i still don't say it
when detective conan reaches its tenth anniversary, i DO NOT say it
and when the official voice actor makes his own fan content shipping it, i want to but i do not say it
it's the twenty-seventh movie with two decades of canon about this pursuit
the fans pile into the theater and suddenly all of the chatter goes mute
they say that they love kaishin, could they possibly get to see more of their spars

I don't go here but I'm both enjoying the flatview conversation and remembering when this happened in the Yuugiou fandom years ago. It truly stopped no one (and I don't think it should have, plus it was a weird past lives thing) but I do think it's a little funny in the two nickels sort of way (especially since in Yuugiou it's also a case of the fathers being twins, though they're not identical.)

It's Japan, cousin marriages are legal in most Asian countries and not seen as incestuous, including in my own. We literally had an early case where a couple was tragically not allowed to marry because of some hateful old dude and they were cousins.
Cousins are an old romantic trope in Japan, like the boy/girl next door, although Gosho seems to prefer childhood friends as his favourite romantic trope.
