This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

with games i'm able to actually get play. people tend to prioritize game tags above psl tags so you're less likely to get serially put on the back burner or forgotten about because there's a degree of accountability when you're both in the same game imho. and on memes people generally seem more averse to crosscanon and less likely to tag out/respond to tagouts whereas in games that's not the case as much. inb4 'but people who only interact with their casts!!!' which ime tends to be much rarer than people make it out to be. i also feel like there's a greater degree of immersion in games, but honestly that's secondary.

i feel like in games, there's more of an "excuse" to tag out without feeling weird about it, if that makes sense. i think people are more scared of getting judged in memes. also i feel like "people only interact with their casts" only happens in games when casts get huge, people in small to medium sized casts interact crosscanon all the time imho.
