Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

The element of the unexpected is really important to me. I do do PSLs, but only to scratch specific itches for shippy/smutty things that usually originated unexpectedly in a game but can't be game canon for whatever reason (AU explorations, want to indulge in a shameless mechanic that doesn't exist in-game, post-game scenarios, alternative ships). I just don't have any desire to have full control over everything that happens to my character or a setting, or to only explore those things with a single other writer. For me, the whole point of RP is the unforeseeable ways many characters and situations affect one another and the development it all leads to.

I am fucked if game RP ever completely dies and will probably just give up the hobby entirely if it does.
