this is hard to answer without knowing the situation, but judging only by what you said, it seems using the fake name and putting a spoiler warning on the top level should work. if you tag out then just put a spoiler warning on the first tag. iconless top level may work as well, like the other anon said. but if it is only a twist then the key is, well, not writing the twist on the top level.

if there truly is no way around it then usual waiting time is a month.

and if it matters SO MUCH that you're not spoiled.. make it a priority to catch up with that piece of media before you engage with the internet

idk why it's so much to suggest that someone who cares so much about something that it actively ruins their entire day/week/life to be spoiled should also take responsibility for that instead of expecting everyone else to clam up about it for weeks until they personally have seen it
