most dwrpers are americans or live in the northern hemisphere.

with bad snow storms, there can be blackouts, people snowed in, people spending more time with transportation due to snow, flu season, people maybe working more hours or not being able to get days off...

yes, i live in a state that borders canada (not alaska) and it gets very windy in my state when it gets colder. i've already dealt with 2 mini power outages since fall started.

i said those things CAN happen, not that they happen in every single state.

buddy it's winter here for about half a year, you just get over it. i'm pretty sure southerners have just as many issues with the heat and hurricanes.
