Honestly, I'd talk to the mods about it. If I were going to app from an earlier canon point, I'd want to know how likely "may be a thing in the future" is before going for an earlier canon point. Talking to the mods may help you come up with a good solution that works for everyone, but at minimum it may give an idea of how likely canon updating is to be in the future and how long you'll have to wait.

da here, i'm aware that "no in-game pregnancies" is a pretty damn common rule in dwrp games, but i'm assuming anon means the "characters who are already pregnant have it go into stasis" rule is kind of awkward.

if a character's like 7 months pregnant or w/e, it's pretty weird to run around with that big belly! and maybe stressful if a character thinks that there's a potentially dead fetus in there.

although to be fair, how common is it for people to play currently-pregnant characters anyway?

almost all the flakes on my timeline went to duplicity and are continuing to flake out in it, putting off tags as usual. makes me wonder how many are in the game to actually rp in it and how many are just there because it's the new shiny and they have pointless hype for it.
