Rundown: rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.
Do not treat this comm like your personal therapist. Threads about nonfictional suicide, self injury, rape, and abuse will be deleted. There are better resources out there for you.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

this might sound a bit bitchy, but did you go out and tag others as well? especially if you play a more obscure character, you can't just post to the tdm and expect tags to come flowing your way. ya gotta put in some effort yourself as well.

especially if you were hopping into the TDM late late in the game. the later you put up a top-level, the less chance people will hit it up. it's nothing personal, people just fill their plates with threads before that point and are less likely to go out of their way to pick up new ones when they've already got a dozen going. late in the game you'll definitely have better luck tagging out, especially if you pick up the slack and hit up other latecomers with no responses to their top-levels.

Someone always brings this up and if you make your top level really late in the game I agree that tagging out is the best way to go.

But if you post while it's still big and active, not having your top level tagged at all can be a pretty big enthusiasm killer even if you've gotten good threads by tagging out.
