Two things. They barely belong here because they're relatively tame, but:

1. M/M domestic fluff. Two characters that are nuts about each other being cute and waiting for the other to get home to eat together and then fuck on the couch, shopping in the grocery store and flirting with kisses before getting too into it and hooking up out back or in their car in the parking lot, trying out new kinks together like RP/costumes/etc. Just... being cute and kinky. Maybe even having a stupid fight that results in them not talking for a day, and one breaks down and apologizes and they have rough make-up sex. Idk, I'm open, but I love this shit. If you want to write out the relationship beginning and blossoming, I'm all up for a fullblown PSL, but meme thread is fine too.

2. M/M seducing the priest scenario. One guy seduces either a guy that's sworn to stay a virgin/a priest/really ethical and waiting until marriage, etc. Culminating in having sex against the tabernacle or on the alter in a church when the sun's going down. Can play either end with a pref for the one doing the seducing. Can also build into a secret relationship or something!

Animanga/games pref, no kids canons please, 16+ for ages. Okay with OCs. Leave a sock if you're interested?

It just happens sometimes, dude. It probably is a chemistry thing. I know that when I'm really feeling someone's writing, or characterization, I can tag back at least twelve times in one day. If I'm not clicking it takes longer. Not like I want to drop them or anything, because I don't, but not all threads are created equal.

I figure it's the same for people who are slow with me or end up dropping my threads, especially if I'm finding it hard myself. No hard feelings, it just happens.

I agree with this! I think there's potential for a better plot, here. It's such a cool idea but I agree that things would just get too unbalanced.

I'm digging the chaos/order thing. It fits with both an expanse of characters and gods picking sides themselves. You could even use minor gods that are rooted in chaos, but I could see some olympians veering toward chaos if it suits them.

The gods vs men thing seems like it would work better as a regular PvE game than PvP. PvP is more fun, imo, when the factions are balanced by game design. Sure, each side can have benefits and drawbacks, but 'gets god blessings' vs 'gets nothing' is a pretty huge difference.

Even if I were apping a powered character, the immortality side just seems like the less fun side in general. The other side gets lots of cool new things to play with while my side just apps in and that's that? Bummer! But on the other hand, if both sides got equal bonuses, the mortality side would be a pretty tough sell and end up with a lot less players, which is why I think mortality vs. immortality might be a tough concept to work with long term.

PvP in general seems to function better when similar game mechanics and opportunities, with the conflict being dependent on the characters' IC ideals. If you have a situation where your character would ICly support Side A and oppose Side B but you the player want them on Side B because they'd be able to do more there and would be sitting ducks on Side A, you're stuck choosing between sticking your character on Side B and having them begrudgingly make the best of it, or putting them on Side A which they'll passionately cheer for but can't do much else. Players having to make that choice OOCly can also lead to Team Neutral and generally not much focus on the PvP because characters on the "gets powers" side are there because their player wanted the powers, not because they'd ICly support it. Being able to choose a side exclusively based on your character's motivations without having to consider OOC game mechanics makes it smoother.

(The game still sounds great in general and I'd still app even if mortality vs. immortality ended up being the plot, just giving my two cents!)

i've only watched streams so i don't know if we find out what happens her to post-nier through other means, but there's a really touching sidequest involving lunar tears that ultimately leads you to her house— it's called "emil's memories", if you want to try looking it up! it's more about emil than it is anyone else, obviously, but he talks about kaine and nier in it, too. that's also where the remix of her theme plays!
