wii-u remake, and they didn't change the ocean, they just made the triforce quest more streamlined and offered up a new obtainable item that made sailing faster.

Murdergames. Villains are mostly searched for and well-accepted there.

The problem is that the requirement for murder games are not exactly the easiest of bunch.

How does that make me a troll? Jim Sterling so far as the only one who really gave voice to the problems I've been having with the game.

I've done a few shrines but only really to address Stamina. most of the time when I play a Zelda game I see looking for heart pieces as busywork and just stick to only picking up dungeon containers.

This is the only Zelda game I've played where things one shot me for doing that.

because those werent the problems he was having with the game. he said he didn't like the weapons and the stamina meter but he didnt whine about not wanting to do shrines or cook food that helped you advance in the game and then complain the game is too hard.

But I agree, actually. Without doing any sort of filtering this game wouldn't have a remarkable amount of emotional infants compared to any other genre. Maybe slightly more because of how many series have dumbass parents and cool kids, but not a remarkable amount. It's not necessary, and if you don't do it you'll probably end up with more or less the exact same group as what we usually have.

Like, take Eluvio, actually. Shit recent modding aside, if we take them at their word they expected a remarkable amount of adults compared to children and started to end up with the exact same shit as everywhere else because they didn't go out of their way to set up parameters at the start.

And that's fine if that's what you want. If all you want is literally the exact same as usual except everyone's in college instead of high school, cool, done. But if you want something different in terms of tone/crowd/characters besides are they over 18 you'll probably have to do something more at the start. That's what I'm saying, at least. I can't speak for anyone else.

This is all hypothetical, anyway, unless someone wants to create this game and mod.

Hi, I hope you don't mind me offering some tips!

First: If you aren't good at dodging or parrying yet, you should definitely hit every shrine you see for better gear and orbs to invest in hearts. Don't worry about stamina, you can make a lot of food that will basically double your meter. I've noticed you can proc powerful food effects by cooking during a Blood Moon. Zora's Domain and the Rito village both have cooking pots under roofs.

Second: Many areas, especially earlier ones, have environmental hazards that you can use to your benefit. Don't fight groups head on, roll things into them or look for explosive barrels.

Third: Nothing wrong with running away in this game. Especially from Lynels. The one near Zora's Domain is more a stealth mission than anything, you are not "supposed" to fight him.

For dodging I will usually just spam jump whenever I'm in melee range. I usually get a few flurries in and you start to learn the tells like hopping to the side if a Moblin lifts his foot.

(GAMEPLAY SPOILERS AHEAD).

For dungeons, if you are worried about dying a lot, do Vah Ruta first, it will give you a passive ability that will auto-rez you after you die and give extra hearts. It is prioritized over fairies so fairies won't be wasted.

BTW: The Master Sword is not a given in this game and you don't require it but if you want it you will need hearts. Extra hearts given by food won't count, you need actual hearts or the sword will kill you.

The game gives you the tools you need to survive Hyrule and you do not need to use all of them but you do need to at least use SOME of them.
