i haven't logged in for a while so i'm going off memory.

less than 20 for my personal tumblr, a few of them are my friends, a few are spam, and the rest are "i'll follow you back!" types.

my pet's picture blog might have around 100 but i can't recall.

i have one rp account but i can't remember, at least 50 though even though i'm selective (i've talked to less than 10 people on tumblr, and played with even less) and haven't touched it in a year.

1. I didn't say LA was a fandom. I made an observation that LA feels LIKE a small fandom. 'Like' is used to make a comparison, which you may recall from elementary school grammar lessons.

2. Glad you're enjoying your experience, but we must be looking at different games because even just off the top of my head I can think of a lot of games that have an (often large) animated majority. Recolle, Eluvio, Snowblind, Ryslig, Langunbiru, Overjoyed, Empatheias are all in that boat, just to name a handful of games.

there are games that have an la majority, but they're also the plotless/light sandbox games with high turnover, like eudio and little hades. as far as intensive plot goes or settled in games, most of those seem to be non-la.

as an la player, i wish this wasn't so, but there's not much else i can do other than keep trying to join games and hoping they pick up instead of crashing and burning.

as someone in eluvio, we want more la characters. our character base skews a little older than most games and it's really nice to be in a game that's not a bunch of teenagers for once. so if you (general) play la characters and are thinking of giving it a try, please do.
