While I like horror, I'm not much of a fan of gore.

the character designs are half good, half atrocious, and it's probably the best example of why cg anime was a mistake in terms of how terrible the animation is but

the fucking serval girl is my waifu. protect her.

it's less horror and more thriller, and while it's not bad, the characters are frustratingly unlikable. i have trouble caring about what happens to them.

i don't know anything about this but from the op post alone i hope it's about all of them getting brutally murdered a la happy tree friends

art's great, author is good at building suspense, but the characters and story are very shallow and nothing that'd really stick with you once you're done reading. if you're a fujoshi, add two stars.

Me, too! My only really big complaint with Ex-Aid is that it's going so fast. We're not even half way through the season and we've already hit a lot of things that, IME, wouldn't normally wouldn't happen so early. I just hope all these early things don't result in the second half of the show slowing to a crawl.

I do kind of want to know more about Poppy, though, since she's a bugster. Did she have to infect someone to manifest, Did someone already clear her game, ect so on

season 1 sucks until about the fourth episode or so, so if you do watch, don't judge it until then. the rest of season 1 and season 2 are very strong, season 3 is questionable (but like above anon said, the latter half is better) and so far season 4 has been pretty good!

if you like the feel/aesthetic of things like the hunger games and battlestar galactica, you'll probably like it.

all of these need more playing, but madelena is especially good for this because the series left her on a villainous downturn with potential for eventual redemption. also just a fun, self-centered character who's only out for her own gain and treats evil powerups like big shiny toys.
