I started rewatching a few episodes and I'm shocked how quick episodes go by.

i would recommend not skipping the filler tbh because it's that, not the stupid power level cockfights, that actually gives the characters likeability and flavor.

to use one of your examples, piccolo and goku trying to get their driver's licenses, i feel like kai lacks the kind of ridiculous humanity that makes dbz more than your average fightin' anime.

i'm probably just biased tho because the fillers with the whole son family doing boring, mundane stuff and anything vegeta's early life/vegeta's family life are the highlights of the series to me. them being taken out was why i couldn't fuck with kai.

the image is mostly luke skywalker, if you squint you can see yoda on his back tho. he rode around on luke for his entire Jedi Training Montage

i don't mind dark stories where characters die, so the premise itself won't put me off. i'm more interested in how the characters are like, since killing game canons tend to have at least some interesting characters who have to act given the premise.

But castmates/complaints of being OOC. Seriously? That's her responsibility to deal with, not mine. I'm not going to ask her why she wants to avoid this person, but let's be real. In this scene that could be anything from 'shit talking in small group, word got back op' to 'once a player reserve sniped a character two years ago and I'm still salty.' And if OP deliberately and willingly puts herself in a position in which it's really tough to avoid this person I'm not going to have any sympathy if she can't stay IC enough I'm getting complaints about it, especially if I didn't dig as to why in the first place.

So if people do notice to the extent I'm getting complaints I'm going to direct them to her HMD and she can explain it herself. I'm not going to fight her battles.

considering every other game by yoko taro, i don't think any of the trailers ruin anything (and i'm saying this as someone who's knee-deep in spoilers at this point).

showing out of context scenes from who-knows-which ending/route/whatever is waaay different from someone writing out the exact sequence and meaning behind the things that happen.

try googling shit instead of coming to rpanons.

boring, shallow, stupid, overall a complete waste of time. if you want edgy magical girls even yuki yuna was better, at least the characters were fun

i watched gopri up to ep five or so and found it overall cute but not as charming or engaging as some of the other seasons. is it worth sticking it out for?

the characters are insanely boring. one of the antagonists is mildly interesting but everyone else just exists to die tragically or suffer tragically. and even if you don't mind dark stories where characters die, magical girl raising project is so dumb and edgy about it that it becomes self-parody. At least madoka had some like, artisty to the monster designs and the way characters died, magical girl raising project just has a girl hang herself with a big zoomin on pee running down her leg as she dies. it's gross.

I think gopri gets some really interesting character dynamics going as the show goes on, especially as more characters get added to the cast. At the very least, I found it more interesting than maho.

Can anyone recommend me some female characters who fall into the "fun antagonist but also a total shithead who doesn't give a shit if they're doing bad things"archetype in their canons? I'm dying to play a fun antagonist character who will get some negative CR, but I want to rp a female character.

looking at their muse list, which could be out-of-date for all i know, we don't play any characters who are particularly close in canon. the few castmates we do play, we could get away with them not interacting. or i could just avoid the problem altogether and app a character from a series they don't play from, no big deal.

they haven't personally "wronged" me, i just don't like them as a person and don't want to deal with them more than i have to.

i'm far from the only person who doesn't want to deal with them but at least i'm willing to tell them politely to their face rather than ignore them/drop hints and then cry to wankgate about every little annoying thing they do that doesn't even involve me, like other crybabies in this hobby.

Oh, yeah, sorry. I didn't mean it like HOW VERY DARE YOU OP, and you seem cool. I just had more problems with that anon's logic of 'you should tell the mods if you both app in Squall and Rinoa so the mods can protect you from anon complaints if Squall and Rinoa don't talk' or whatever. That I found stupid, since if I'm getting complaints it's probably not because Blink and Steve Rogers from Marvel aren't talking and people noticed.

the thing about magical girl raising project is that with one exception, the characters who are big into the killing game aspect radiate "I am a bad person who is aokay with murder" right from the get-go. so there's none of that "well susie just murdered someone to survive" sort of aspect that other canons like dangan ronpa occasionally touch on.

aside from that, our main hero spends the entire series not really DOING anything to the point where it's a bit annoying. there's some twists involving the characters' civilian identities which straddle the line between "oh, this is interesting" and "you just straight up did this for shock value"

it's based off a light novel and, from what I've heard, the sequel light novels are much better. but yeah, it's got some interesting parts but doesn't live up to the interesting bits, imo
