to me it doesn't feel like more than a handful of players are interested in progressing the plot/opening areas at a time. right now there are ten people actively exploring the industrial zone (not counting DS and Clint who i think are dead) and a fourth of it's been flipped. i don't think everything's been found in the split tunnels, either, though we're down to non-obvious stuff

anyway I can see the benefits of what you're saying and i do think 'add more stuff' is a workable solution and I hadn't thought of it that way, but i get frustrated because to me it's like hey there's stuff and very few people are interested in doing it. for the most part the people in the industrial zone are also the people that unlocked the entrance for example.

Prison/Asylum Game

I've played in games like this in the past, but I don't think there's a currently running one that fills the niche. Rough idea is that characters would wake up in a cell and received a cheerful message letting them know that they've been arrested for crimes against humanity/the multiverse/whatever.

Following that the 'prisoners' would be released from their cell and free to interact with the large complex around them. This is because whoever is in charge of the place is less interested in running a prison and would rather use them as test rats to see what happens.

There would be bi-monthly events. Obviously, given the premise, some of them would be horror-based. However, I'd like to also do action and crack events, as the wardens see how the characters react.

This is basically the first draft idea, so feedback would be great. Anything you'd like to see in a game like this? Anything you'd hate? Thanks!

Giving this another shot from last post: diaper kink/wetting, M/M or F/M.

Specifically, I'd like to play out a pairing where one character's bladder control is poor enough that they've had to begin relying on diapers full-time...and upon discovering their condition, the other character finds it both inexplicably fascinating and also a major kink hot-button for them.

Maybe the two are already together and it's a sudden discovery as they become intimate, or maybe it's something the diapered character is trying to hide from someone who just happens to clue in by chance. Either way, cue lots of awkward fumbling as the padded boy struggles to keep things discreet while the other keeps prying, along with lots of "Oh god, why do I like this...?" confusion and potential for public humiliation/exposure.

Ageplay and heavier kink themes optional; I mostly just really like the idea of this dynamic. Would prefer to play the diapered character. We can talk canon characters versus OCs, if anyone's actually interested. I'm flexible!

i might not have joined in on a lot of favorites threads, but once in a while i'd toss up a few names and what i enjoyed about it and i liked being able to do that. now, it's like wg lite. you can't actually mention anyone or anything by name or else at least one asshole will pipe up loudly and start spamming negative shit about them. favorites threads never used to be huge long things, but you could at least use them without some cynical troll coming in to shit all over everything.

wg is for negative shit like that. if they want to spew their crap over there for no reason other than 'it got brought up on rpa in a good way', good for them. they'll likely get shot down over there for being a salty fuck. i'm just tired of seeing so much bad crap over here when someone attempts something semi-nice.

I've always quietly wanted this tbh. Nothing stopping people from taking ten seconds to put the hate in another thread, but just making sure they don't interrupt and derail positivity directly could help things feel a bit better.

i think i *might* be your rp partner! is there a desk involved?

but whether that's true or not, don't worry! my trick is to find some great music for the scene, get in the right headspace. i try to cover two things in every tag: first, how does everything that's happening make my character feel, physically and emotionally? what are they thinking (if they can)?

and then, what are they doing? hands, posture, mouth, expression... cover as much as you can, to give your partner a lot of great options to respond to. feel free to be lush with your descriptions of sounds and sensations.
