I joined a new game once without knowing that one of the players in my fandom was waiting for her friend to apply as that character, and she blew up on me once I'd gotten in because I didn't ask her permission first.

Honestly, I probably would have normally messaged the cast, but it was a notoriously strict and difficult to get into game, and I didn't want to be presumptuous.

I quit, because I was a pushover as a teen, and her friend never ended up deciding to join the game.

Super cliche but I had a tentacle thread I loved that I never got to finish. Though it wasn't 1 character + 1 tentacle monster. It was both of our characters and we npc'd the monster for each other, and eventually the monster had the two characters fucking each other while it fucked them. A+ fuck fest.

Honorable mentions: my girl teasing restrained dudes til they beg for it, 3some with two vampires, and any time my girl was able to get a male partner in men's lingerie.

Though like the first anon who replied to you said the emotional plot that surrounded these threads was probably the highlight of them. Most were in a game, one in a longstanding psl with thousands of comments.

You don't delete a plurk account. It behaves like many other social media sites, if you choose to delete it, it will hide the content and not show that account to everyone, but the moment you log in, you can re-activate your account again

The only way to delete the account would be wiping the servers clean, and hope they don't have a backup.

there's a difference between 'instant hit' and 'two players'. inb4 'hi mods'. no, not a mod. someone who was interested but was waiting for life to stop being crazy while trying to figure out who to app. i was actually hoping for this, but i also understand how hard it is to run a game when you only have two/three people. there's just not much to do, and yes, it'll suck for the players. it's one thing to settle with a handful or ten players and build up from there. it's another when there's on one else interested in your game. they had it open for a month. their second tdm was a ghost town and their first one wasn't that active either. you can't say they bailed for no reason when there was a clear lack of active interest. and yeah, i and my kind are partly to blame for it. might have just been the wrong time for it, but hey, double fuck you for trying to make them feel shitty over trying and not having it work out.

one of my fav characters ever has been ruined because her actress is a racist piece of shit, but i didn't play her much to begin with. maybe if there was a little more "distance" between her real life personality and the character i could have rolled my eyes and moved past it, but it was one of those weird situations where the character was pretty much based on the actress, so i had a hard time separating the two afterward.

You could check out eluvio! It's a space game with a med/slow pace and pretty decent pacing for the plot. Also a little cast there if that's of interest.

oh hey this happened to me once! i had a pb picked out and was getting ready to app when the actor got involved in a sex tape scandal that became weirdly political and...idk it just felt a bit weird to me personally to be making icons and imagining my character with his face when there was a bunch of real-world shit going down around him.

so i might go "huh" if i see someone choosing an pb who's right in the middle of some controversy or something at the time, but i probably wouldn't care that much, and if it's years later who gives a shit. exception being if they turn out to be rapists/serial killers/other horrible awful thing that goes beyond just being awkward or a douchebag.

I just want to add to the comments above (because I am very understanding to this not being the right time, and may come back with this game again in the summer when people have more availability and freedom) that while there is nothing wrong with running a game with three players, it does put an immense burden on those players and their characters. I've felt that burden before as a player in a game with <15 characters, where there is a certain feeling of responsibility on you to keep the traction going with plot, and in attempting to tempt in other people to join the game. It's really hard work, it can be draining, and it's not necessarily that much fun, either for the other players or the mod.

If I thought it was possible, right now, with three people, I would have done it, because I am dedicated to the idea. But it wouldn't be a wise choice. As the mod, it's up to me to make the choices that are in the best interests of my game and its player base, even if that means I have to say "not yet".
