If you're planning on playing in memes, pretty easily. She's young enough and isolated enough to be incredibly ignorant of her world and of most of the things going on in it that aren't directly related to her family's problems, so that will cover a lot of knowledge gaps.

ah, good to know that this would be an acceptable game plan for memes. i guess it would make sense that this sort of thing would be less feasible in a game-type setting, tho that's disappointing, since i was looking into some smaller games for her. would you say it'd be totally out of the question without some more familiarity with the mainline canon then, anon?

imo, watch until the end of season 4, because that's about the parallel point where the game ends. do that and you'll be fine for knowledge (& using the wiki for any deets you need about the north). lots of got/asoiaf people play only from the show anyway, and the game is based on the show.

Above anon's advice is sound. If you watch through season 4 of the show, you'll be caught up on everything that occurred before Talia's canonpoint, in case you want/need to incorporate any knowledge you think she might have of the events.

That said, I don't think it would necessarily be infeasible to play her in a game with what canon familiarity you have. It just might be tricky for you/frustrating for them if you have canonmates.
