rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. They reached the player cap and closed all apps. And there doesn't appear to be any info for if/when it'll open up again. Pretty much a closed musebox now.

1) that doesn't mean the game is closed, it means the apps are closed.

2) presumably they'll open apps again when they drop below player cap, which isn't something they could reasonably give an eta for.

It says on their apps page that they'll reopen apps if the game drops below 35 players. I'm not sure I'd call that a musebox. It just seems like a game with a cap. Most games with caps open and close for apps based on players dropping.

Seems like futurology, where new players can come in as old players drop, minus a wait queue.

How likely is it that the game's going to lose 5 players? They all seem pretty entrenched.

Even a game with an active playerbase sometimes has people fail AC or drop because of rl. I play at futuro and we've had more than five drops since the cap was hit. Usually capped games periodically reopen apps or open slots because drops still happen one way or another.

Legion playerbase just doesn't want us talking about the game.

just a quick scan of the comms and the taken list looks as varied as any other game. some people are tagging all over the place and some i didn't see anywhere even once. i'm sure there will be drops and there will probably be people failing once the next AC rolls around.

also 3) considering that the Legion's always been advertising themselves as "we're going to have a small player cap" even from the get-go, closing apps really shouldn't come as a surprise to anybody.
