rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

not planning on apping but i want to give a shout-out to the mod for reviving this despite all the dumb drama it had. it's pretty rare to see a mod with that kind of drive in this day and age. i hope the game does well, and judging from the tdm, it will.

that's actually what inspired me to TDM this time and give this game a shot. it sounds like they have real dedication to this game.

Mte. I was never interested in this game and probably never will be, but mad respect to the mod.

As a former mod myself that takes guts and dedication. I really hope it does well, and it's definitely on my game shopping list for the future.

I didn't actually follow this the first time around - what was the drama, exactly? All I know is that the mod had RL issues that caused them to have to disappear unexpectedly for a while, and now they're back.

Some people wanked on her for her disappearance, but the mod lived in a place that had been reported on the news as being in an area of high tornado volume. It was big at the time. The mod went missing and there was genuine concern for her health and well-being, so the other mods shut the game down in respect to her and very few people wanked on the shut down. Most people were genuinely concerned, though, and shut down the wank fast.

it got a ton of attempted wank about a bunch of people on the tdm/reservers like most new popular games do. then the mod happened to be hit with unfortunate rl circumstances and it got worse with people claiming the mod was a tittybaby who was driven away by wank etc.

clearly that isn't the case.
