i've had nightmares of being raped by every member of my family except one particular brother

they're few and far between but they scare the shit out of me when they happen. my relationship with my family is really good, i don't understand where these come from

probably from a combination of horrible stories you've heard and, weirdly enough, your good relationship with your family. because your relationship with them is great, it makes incest and sexual assault both unbelievable and extra horrifying, so the nightmares could be your subconscious' attempt at processing how this could possibly happen
